RideGauge Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of RideGauge and its supporting public services.

By using RideGauge, you agree to use the product and its information responsibly and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Buying guidance, not a guarantee
RideGauge provides tools for organizing vehicle and deal details, reviewing clearly labeled valuation baselines when available, preparing negotiation guidance, and planning a pre-purchase inspection. It does not guarantee vehicle condition, title or lien status, recall status, market value, financing approval, savings, transaction outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party information. Always inspect the vehicle and verify the VIN, title, records, pricing, fees, financing terms, and recall information using appropriate official or professional sources before purchase.
Valuation and market information
Seeded sample estimates are not live market data. Licensed market or comparable-listing providers may be unavailable or not configured. RideGauge does not replace missing provider information with unrelated category averages or present unconnected data as live results.
Vehicle information and NHTSA services
Vehicle Check may request public VIN-decoding or model-level recall information from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Model-level recall results do not confirm the recall status of a specific vehicle.
Your information and saved data
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Active deals and Garage records are stored locally. Network-supported features may send the information described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse RideGauge, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass service protections, or use its public or server-supported features in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
